As a person who does not watch large sporting events, football especially, I am often lost when people talk about “the game on Sunday.” I have noticed that people who do not watch sports usually have the same or similar reactions to my own. Here are some reactions to sports talk that might give away a non-sports fan.
1. The face you have after getting dragged to a watch party.
2. When you try to match the cheering.
3. When fans start riots in the streets. (Looking at you, Philadelphia.)
4. When people get way too emotional while watching sports.
5. When two people get in a very heated argument about sports teams.
