Fall is finally upon us after what seemed like an endless summer. Now is the time for sweater weather, everything pumpkin spice, and leaves changing colors. Fall also marks the beginning of the holiday season with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas back to back to back. Although it kicks off a busy time of year for most, the autumn season is a good time to slow down, chill out, and get a minute or two of some likely much-needed rest.
